Hello to all of our wonderful clients and friendors! If you are getting married or have a wedding with us in May or later this year you are most likely concerned and questioning whether or not to postpone your event due to the COVID-19 virus.

The CDC has recommended that for the next 8 weeks, both groups and individuals cancel or postpone in-person events consisting of more than 50 people or more throughout the US. As we have seen this week, this is an ever changing situation that is very uncertain and stressful to all.  It is likely that these mandates will become more severe as we move ahead.  We want you all to know that we are here for you and we will all get through this if we remain calm and flexible.

If you do decide to reschedule your wedding we are here for you and want to let you know what our policies are moving forward as well as some other helpful information.

We know that wedding planning period can be very stressful and we are so sorry that you are having to deal with the extra stress on your big day. Below we have written about our policies regarding rescheduling and how to notify your guests of the new date change -

  • We are moving all events without penalty or fee regardless of the new date.

  • We will issue a new contract for the reschedule.

  • We will reach out to vendors to align your team to the new event date.

Please reach out to us right away if you are considering a shift in date. We have currently rescheduled all of our March and April brides.  Fortunately, their vendor teams were all open and able to shift to the new date due to quick response.  As you all can imagine many couples are shifting and dates are being filled quickly so please don't hesitate to reach out to us, but time is of the essence if you are considering this!

If you have already rescheduled your date, here are some tips for letting your guests know -
