As summer in Texas finally fades to FALL we have chosen to feature one of our favorite Fall weddings from 2019! This sweet bride and groom met at 7 years old when their sisters played on the same baseball team. They went to the same high school, but we’re not friends then reconnected at college when his friend dated one of hers! They both share a love of music and their music choices were very important to set the mood for the ceremony, cocktails and dinner!

Kristine Marie Parker Photography did a stunning job of capturing the moody, romantic, fall feeling of this day. The old world feel of Villa Del Lago brought the vibe of this wedding to life! The hilly and sprawling, multi level space made for many beautiful backdrops and photo opportunities throughout the day.

Kismet Floral used rich colors like plum and cranberry with pops of blush and sprays of pampass grass throughout the venue. The ceremony site was set in front of the limestone waterfall and had floral arrangements that enchantingly seemed to grow from the ground. Brass lanterns accentuated the aisle.

One of our favorite parts of this wedding was the stunning assortment of bridal party gowns!! Each person had a different and unique dress with texture, style and a different hue of champagne or grey! (see the magic below)

A velvet lounge for the reception was provided via family heirlooms and it was stunning!! Beautiful character filled props and furniture were provided by Monarch Rentals. There was a mixture of farm tables and rounds with deep mahogany chiavari chairs for guests. Each table setting had a leaf with the guests name written in delicate gold lettering. The tables were adorned with brass containers filled with floral and brass candle holders with black candlesticks.

The cake, by Sweet Treets, was a decedent three tier hexagon shape! The first tier had texturing, while the second layer had a slight grey marbling with gold fleck leading to the top layer of white. Near the end of the night the guests were treated to an ice cream truck!!
